Getting Started

Downloading your images is the fastest and safest way of getting your files to us. Presently we are offering two ways of submitting your files:

• Click2Print – Simple method, more for the prosumer. No color corrections.
• Presentation Gold – Use for the professional who wants to be able to create and design.

To obtain either copy of the Click2Print or Presentation gold log on to www.presentationgold.com/primary. Simply follow the instructions provided for easy downloading.

There is no charge for the use or downloading of this software. Presentation Gold also offers our customers the use of a web site and can download up to 500 images at no charge. Anything over the 500 images will be billed directly to you. Cost and information is available on the presentation gold web site.

At anytime you should run into any problems, contact our customer service representatives, of if after hours, e-mail your questions, and someone will respond to you as soon as possible.

As we progress and more items are added, we will continually add more templates for easy using.
